Today when I was playing a teammate was so kind to provide me with a battle boost in nemisis draft. As lucky as I am I got the boss Nautilus and looked forward to playing the new Warden skin.
I've read the description of battle boost and I am pretty sure it should unlock the skin. It showed up in the option menu but it stated click to unlock.

That's happened to me too, doesn't seem to work at all with any champ.
I think it might be a bigger bug with Nautilus.
When I got him and was battle boosted, I was able to select Warden, but the game gave me Astronautilus. When my wife was in the same situation, she picked Astronautilus and got another skin...
Well I ended up playing astronautilus and got the correct skin.
