game crashed, lost my win

i was going for my first win IP bonus and i as i was taking the enemy nexus the game crashed. i immediately reloaded and the client wouldnt let me into the game. i ran the program as an administrator and it still didnt work. i completely restarted my computer and still took me two tries before it finally loaded back to my home screen. the game does not show up in my match history and now i dont have my win and im worried that i may have some penalty for deserting the game when i played right up to the win and then was not able to get back in at all. please tell me that im not actually going to have to pay for this
