[Client] Main menu and login screen issue

This has happened twice recently, this started only after patch 4.21 by the way. The main menu looks like the one from a while ago, icons, artwork, and other things. This doesn't affect anything but sometimes causing the game to crash when I hit the "Play" button. Since this first happened, the client has failed to open correctly, it shows just a black box where the login screen would be, yet, I can still hear the login screen music, and it is the music, not the snowdown music. Then, the only way to be able to play is to uninstall and then reinstall the game, which is very time consuming as I have to install the patches again. The picture in the link is what my main menu looks like when this happens. Anyone have these problems too?
