Champ select SFX

(Please don't instantly read this and assume it to be a complaint about the client removal) One of the larger reasons that I favored the legacy client over the new client was not even the familiarity and the smoothness, which I do understand there are still kinks in the updated client, a small, but surprisingly impacting thing was that on the old client, when you minimized the window, it would stop all sound coming from it, including champ select SFX and music. However, in the new client, during champ select, it will continue on, and I really like to watch youtube while I wait for my games, so if you could please fix that I'd appreciate it a lot!
