Button Sounds, Move over sounds and all the horrible Ideas of Riot misusing SFX

The new client is shiny and colourful. It bleps and beeps with everything you do.

Thats why I deinstalled it right after I tried it for a few days when the beta was released, and its still not fixed, sadly we all get this beautiful piece of software "forced" upon us.

So i disabled SFX all together, as I can not stand this nerv wrecking ambience. Means i miss a lot of invites, bans etc. and get punished for it.

Please introduce options to disbale seperate sfx sounds.

ps. while your at it, you might try to fix the game crashing on 50+% of game startups. Just a thought.
