[Gameplay] Katarina's Abilities Sometimes Don't Work

I usually carry very hard with Katarina and have very fast casts on her spells. But I noticed some games (like last game) 90% of the time her E or W wouldn't work and it was causing me to die and/or not get kills and it was very frustrating.
