Rune page bug

A purely visual bug, that won't let me alter rune pages. Runes still work in game, and have full functionality otherwise, but cannot drag runes into place. Have tried restarting, but not repairing or reinstalling. I have no idea what causes it, or how to make it go away. Any solutions?
