Cant leave fountain [Gameplay] [Client]

Sometimes whenever I get a bug splat on loading the game i get into the game and it acts like the starting wall around the pad is still up and i cannot leave it. I have to completely exit out of the game and reenter it in order to leave the fountain and it puts me behind by a few creeps.
