Skillshots direction after flash with locked camera

I play with locked camera and since the last patch everytime i flash and cast a skillshot right after it, it goes to the wrong direction, i mostly use annie and before patch it was easy to flash a w in the direction of the enemy but after patch it either goes backwards or the side and it's really annoying
