Practice tool loading withuot cahmp select.

So, apparently there is a bug where when you enter practice tool, the game will load into a match without a champion being selected. For obvious reasons, it crashes and does not load and gets stuck loading, crashing, and loading again and nothing can get you out of it because it will just ask you to reconnect. I am not sure how common this bug is but it is a pretty big oversight. BTW i did get out of it, eventually League went back to an older version and updated back but i'm not sure how long it would take for it to do that nor if you can trigger that manually, so someone else could just get really bad rng and sit there for a very long time.[slayer-jinx-unamused]
