Vladimir can use his speels I think but also can autoattack other while his in w abillity

I was playing with jarvan against vladimir top and what I saw is really weird. He uses w and it looks like everything is normal, but after about 1second or instantly he looks not like a pool of blood, but he is inside a pool blood and you can even see him walking, and he can auto attack too while in that for. Its really strange and its happening everytime when im playing against him, fix it!!! (>'-')>
