Bug with leashing/jungle resetting?

This happened alot while jungling as it happened during the start leash as soon as kruggs spawned then happened to me at wolves as soon as I q'd into them. Sorry for cut audio had teamspeak &spotify running and accidentally had shadowplay record background :P
