Yorick damage data bug

I played a poro king game yesterday. I always check "damage dealt to champions" and "damage taken" to see how I did. And I found Yorick's data is too high to believe. That was a close game, so this data is wrong for sure. Also I believe Illaoi's data is also wrong, her damage and damage taken should be high, but not that high. Her damage shouldn't be higher than kog/lux/vol. I think this is because of Yorick's ult, but I am not sure. Please fix this bug! Thx!
