Remake in promos

So im in my gold promos, i played 3 of the 5 games, 1 lost 2 wins, and then my 4th game was a remake (from the other team). And for some reason the client says that that one remake was a loss. Is this supost to happend? Feels EXTREMLY unfair

ok so fantastic, actually lost my promos becuase riot thinks remakes means loses, thank you riot
