Really wish they would fix this!

The title says it all whenever I try to play a normal game it lets me accept into the queue but when everyone accepts it just goes back and then the time runs out and it says you have been removed for not selecting a champion, also it wont let me create a team builder lobby it just says creating lobby and just doesn't do anything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times now." This has been going on for 3 months!!!!!!!!!!!! I've uninstalled and reinstalled this game 25 times this year I just want to play.
