Gold Item Pings not working as intended

When pinging Spellthief's Edge or Relic Shield items with 1 or more, but not max stacks, the cooldown until the next stack is displayed, rather than 1/3 or 2/3 stacks. Teemo's shrooms do this properly, but at least these items do not.

It's incredibly unhelpful for me to try to ping to my ADC that I have a stack for that wheelchair minion only to have it seem like I still have 20s left til I get a stack.

they should put a visual mark for your adc to see how many stacks u have so u don't have to ping

Is that sarcastic because there already is one? The little orbs that float around you. If so, those are wildly insufficient. I mean, they're a great passive communication, but there's no active way to bring that to your teammates' attention.
