{Gameplay} Darius' decimate does no damage within a certain point of contact.

I have noticed that decimate does no damage at all at a certain point somewhere in the center of the axe graphic. I have been able to do it about 6 times on minions and champs alike. The center of the axe blade graphic will go through the character but no damage is done and no hit is indicated at all. Not sure if the skin may have something to do with it but it is the Dunkmaster skin.
