The Unsolvable Store Bug

I am getting an error on my store that says - "An error is preventing your store request from being processed at this time. This issue can typically be resolved by clicking on the store button again to reload the store. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience." "If this problem persists, please contact League of Legends Player Support at support.riotgames.com"

I have done HOURS of searching on the forums and threw guides on how to fix this issue and just cannot figure out what is causing this error. I have uninstalled and re-installed. I have ran the repair on the client.

I also have set up port forwarding.

Please if anyone has any other solving methods Please tell me or give me instructions to follow.
