I CANT GAIN BLUE ESSENCE!

I cant gain blue essence! can anyone tell me why? i have been stuck at 7459 blue essence for a while now and want to buy zoe but cant since she COSTs 7800. im sad :((( can anynone tell why this problem have occurred? pls help meh thx. i Think its a bug but cant be sure

You don't gain BE after a game anymore (except on your first win). Most of your BE is going to come from champ shards you get when you level up!

So, for clarity, this isn't a bug. Just level up and you'll get enough to afford Zoe (and if you're really lucky, you might get a Zoe shard so she's cheaper!).
