Hextech Craft - Perma Skin Unlock Upgrade Issue
When upgrading a skin to permanent it doesn't show as purchased or unlocked when you browse your champion selection in your profile. When you go to the store it does show as purchased but when looking at it in portrait it shows up as purchasable
