bug/glitch on champion skills

Ok I hope I can explain this in the best way... I dont know if anyone experienced this especially when playing nidalee. I dont have a screenshots because its hard to capture it even though it happens most of the time. probably because im about to kill or im in a team fight.

I still dont know the main source of this bug/glitch but its probably my net/laptop but i still would like to confirm it.

ok heres the details

anyone know what are indicators are right? when u press q on human form nidalee without using quick cast u guys can see the indicator right? and it doesnt trigger unless you click on it right? but when on cougar form pressing E (cougar swipe) there are times that it shows indicator and wont trigger no matter how many times you press E or quick cast e. Unless u click it with mouse 1 or 2. First of all it shouldnt show indicator when pressing e... (display indicator during smart cast is not on so dont bother asking)

this also happen with most champs that have a cone like indicator skills. Kassadin e, rumbles q, and so on..

i am well aware about the bug where they flash + cone skill and end up going backwards to the point of ur mouse.
