I found an issue where minions will get stuck at blue team's inner top turret

So when i was playing with my friends in a game and we encountered a bug where the minions would get stuck at blue team's inner top turret. And im like wtf.... the lane was pushing against us and we couldn't get the minions to move until the turret was destroyed. I dont know how to repeat the bug but it has happened twice for me once with minions and the other was when my friend was playing in a custom and het got stuck.
