Hotkeys not working
sometime when I play my Q ,W ,E ,R ,D ,F ,G,P, and number keys wont work during a game I can use the alt+ versions and remap theme but the base keys wornt work

have you check in the option menu if your keys are well set? Check also if your keyboard doesnt troll you and change language when lol pop-ups (i does that to me with diablo II the langage changes everytime god this is annoying)
