low priority queue. when game wouldnt let me reconnect

i was in champ select and everything was going well. when i got into the loading screen it kicked me out and when i tried to reconnect it said "cant reconnect". This is one fIn leave and you guys put me into low priority queue for 5 games? your system is complete bullt. fix your leaver system please.
