Can't connect to servers.

I've been trying to connect to 2 games in a row now and each time as the que begins to load after picks and bans, the screen goes black and a little box pops up that notifies me that I'm unable to connect to the game. I've reset League and the internet multiple times. Is there a server issue and has it been fixed yet? When will they be playable?
