Jhin W Icon Bug

It has been about the past 5 games straight now that whenever I play Jhin there is always a bug with the icon for his root. About halfway through the game the icon will remain on usually the adc and i think that I will be able to root them to no avail. I end up wasting my W and it costs me and it sometimes costs me team fights because I try to root someone I can't and then I die because I expect them to be rooted. Please fix this because it is really annoying and is affecting my game play.
