(gameplay) sion ult and q are unusable game changing

I was playing Sion and i think its when he gets knocked up when charging Q that starts the bug because it works fine all game until late game. There are videos on this that you can look up its fairly old but illustrates what happens. SO i assuming you haven't fixed it yet. I t should be fixed because it is game changing.
