I was in promo for gold 3. I played the promos. I lost one game and I won 2 games but the second win didn’t count so I was never promoted to gold 3. I played a game after that I lost it and the game appeared a message that said i was not complete the series so I went again to gold 4

Wait. So you're saying you were G4, in promos for G3, played 3 games, lost one, won 2 but one game didn't count towards your goal? Was one of your "wins" a remake? That's the only way I can see that happening?
