Game bug. Red and Blue squares are everything with my mouse on it.

Just like the title implies, I'm receiving a bug where any enemy or allied building or unit I hover over has either a allied blue square or a red hostile square around them. I've restored defaults and reinstalled but still the same. Video card is Nvidia GTX 970 with latest drivers.
