[Gameplay] Taliyah's W doesn't move enemies within Nami's Q

I'm not entirely sure that this is a bug at all, but I noticed during a game that if someone is stunned by Nami's Q and you use Taliyah's W on them while they're still in the bubble, the damage will proc but they won't be knocked anywhere. I'm not sure if it's because the bubble counts as like a mix between a knock-up and stun, or if they're supposed to stay trapped inside the bubble, but I thought I'd mention it anyway.

From what I've seen in the case of other knock-ups (like Alistar's Q), Taliyah's W will still knock someone around if it hits when they're in mid-air, so I wonder if this is a special case? On the other hand, other force-moves (like Alistar's E) do knock enemies out of a Nami bubble, which is why I thought this instance in particular might be a bug.

To recreate the this, you'd just have to play Taliyah and get her W to hit on a target while they are still inside Nami's Q. Seems to be the same whether it's a champion or a minion/monster, and items don't seem to have an effect. If you get a different result, I'd appreciate feedback/discussion!
