does anyone else have this bug when you are playing thresh that relic shield just doesn't work? it should prob when the minion is lower than 200 health but with thresh it doesn't work. sometimes it works when you last hit but most of the time it won't use a relic shield stack and so you won't share the gold with your adc. so when i play thresh with relic shield i just wont kill minions because of this. does anyone else have this problem or am i doing something wrong?

Unique - Spoils of War: Melee autoattacks execute minions below 200 (+100% AD) health.
Relic Shield only executes with melee attacks. Thresh is ranged. You can still last hit for the rest of the effect though.
I have this problem. Thresh can kill minions like a normal hit, not like passive of Face Of Mountain.
It should count as both, I didn't see any changes, on occasion relic shield doesn't proc but 9/10 it does for me
Maybe try being in melee range as far as I understand thresh has ranged and melee attack animations
