Gameplay for lux

So I played lux and I leveled up my e skill and used it in the middle of our base before the characters popped up. When I shot it, I couldn't see it so I pressed e again to pop it so I can use it again, but after I pressed e the second time, it remained blurred out, I was not able to use it by pressing e or clicking it with the mouse. I even tried logging in and out but that didn't work. I also tried to max it out to see if it would unlock for some reason but the game ended before I could. I maxed e last cause I couldn't use it. Luckily I was playing normals with a buddy of mine so I won the match.
