Warwick Q often deals twice dmg or zero dmg but goes on cd

[GAMEPLAY] Warwicks Q deals double dmg,animation goes out but not dealing any dmg

1. The links are showing the problem. in the second one You can see the bug around 3.39 it occurs for voyboy. Its kinda funny when you oneshot someone at level 1 from 50% hp or at any level.
2. The other one is the animation goes out when someone enters a bush,but it doesnt deal any dmg but its on cd and you can often lose the fight because of that dmg/hp restore.If the q follows flashes,dashes etc then why it cannot follow someone who enters a bush but goes on cd when the animation succesfully goes out?Sadly i dont have proof for it yet.

it hasnt been fixed since april and its kinda frustrating losing a 1v1 or just letting someone escape.Does anyone else have this bug?
