Game Wont Load After Champ Select

After the latest Patch the game doesn't load after Champ select, the screen minimises like normal to begin loading in but then reopens and just shows the reconnect button which when I press just repeats the previous process leaving me stuck until the game ends, unable to connect.

Tried looking up old fixes and reinstalling, running hextech repair tool, restarting. Nothing works. Tried a Ranked Game and then a normal game, getting leave buster and losing points. Now been trying with custom games, Nothing seems to work.
