Cannot Channel my skills fully

ON all champion i Cannot channel my skills fully (It started 2 patches ago) as of now i noticed it on Vi, xerath, sion , vladimir and galio.

This basically render these champion mostly unplayable. I've tried changing my casting back to normal (from quick cast) I tried login back in the game. i tried changing my key binding. Nothign solved the issue. I did not play in my settings when the change occurs so i can only assume it's a problem with the game.

Can you explain what you mean?

I played Vi yesterday and I had some trouble with the usual Q > Flash mechanic, but I assumed that I just mistimed it, flashing to late.

Seems very similar to a lagging problem. Halfway through the input you lose some packets which make the client think you have released the button. Check you ping and internet stability, turn off anything that might use the internet and see if the problem persists.

For me, on 8 ping, all channeling abilities are working fine.
