Bug - Skins not working in team builder

in team builder Clicked on blitz chose the iblitz skin when it went launched (including loading screen) it doesn't have the skin

both skins had a gold box around them even when i click the second one. I showed someone me selecting it 3 times before the game launched and it still happened.

This doesn't happen every time. 7/10 times approx
