Extreme lag during draft.

When I get into a draft the lag is so chunky there's a 10-15 second delay followed by very few seconds to do ANYTHING then back to extreme lag delays. Everything from the text field to the runepage to tooltips it is outright non functional.

My last draft the lag was so bad I accidentally banned the champ I wanted, then the next spike lasted so long I missed my turn to select and got a dodge penalty.

So, I literally can't get into a game at this rate.

It has never, ever been like this before in any way. I've honestly never seen anything like it.
