I can't purchase anything in my "Your Shop"

I have 70% off on the Project Lucian skin and I really want to purchase it. Because I don't own Lucian, mainly because I don't really ADC, the price is 697 RP which I have. Whenever I go to purchase the sale, a message pops up saying "Error: An unexpected error has occurred. Please check back again later." The shop ends on June 23rd, so I hope I don't miss it. If anyone knows any tricks to fix this, any advice will help.
