RP and Essence balance set to 0

Several people report same issue: either with or without a related store error, blue essence and RP are set to 0 without reason or warning. Upvote and add if same happens to you

Update: just chatted with support: Arrisen: "Right now we're experiencing a display issue where it looks like all of your RP and BE is all gone, but don't worry, it's still there! We're working on a fix for it right now, and it should be repaired soon! :D"
