[GAMEPLAY] Gamebreaking Warwick Q bug

If the target of WW's q dies before his Q is cast (after the lock-on from holding Q), he gets locked out of all ability casts and can't b, until he dies

The bug happened after Olaf died. You can see me walking around Sivir, confused as to why my Q is not happening.

You can see me trying to Q red buff and chickens, hence the lock-on ring briefly appearing (once for red, twice on chickens), yet no Q goes through. It also made it so that I was unable to recall and the majority of my right clicks on red buff did nothing.
