Cant see skills info when clicking on champ in champ select

Im playing aram and i want to look over my abilities again to refresh for the champions i dont normally play. however, every i click on my champ, starting since the last 2 weeks maybe, I cant see the descriptions when i hover over the 5 boxes. Id like to see the numbers and read a description plz and its been very frustrating.. Is it league or do i need to re install or somethin??
