Can't see chat, friends or missions [CLIENT]

Can't see chat or friend list or missions or even the option to report a bug. Stays regardless of log out and re login. Has been a month since its been this way... PLEASE FIX IT*[zombie-brand-facepalm]*

Same thing here, reported it a few weeks ago, still nothing. but to play with friends just click on the circles while In champ select and type their IGN's in.
