Hello! I'm asking, why me and my friend aren't receiving hextech chest, because we both have got s- and higher, but no chests. Why there is 4 CHEST AVAILABLE and i haven't received it for 1 month. My friend has got a lot s-, but I haven't received hextech chest.

because if you earn an s- on a champ you already got a chest with you will not get it
