Ezreal Q Doesn't Work with Luden's Echo

I was playing an URF game as AP Ezreal and Luden's Echo was not proccing with Ezreal's Q. Has anyone else had problems with this? I'm going to test it out again in a bit.

And it never was intended to work. Ezreal's Q proc's on-hit effects, not spell's effects. For more informations, refer to http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/On-hit_effect
