Bug: Fiora Ult Vitals graphic stays on death

This has only been verified on Karthus, the interaction may be unique to him because of his passive or it may worth against other champions.

If Fiora casts her ult on Karthus just before his death, without getting any other attacks on him, the ult indicators will remain on Karthus for the remainder of the game. You will be able to see them even during his passive. It does NOT cause all four regions to actually act as Vitals, it is strictly a display bug. However, it does make locating vitals normally more difficult and also can cause confusion once he is ulted again.

Subsequent ults on Karthus do not remove the effect, it will remain for the rest of the match.

How I pulled it off:

Get a partner with high burst/execute (Darius works great) Get Karthus to low enough health for Darius's ult to be a guaranteed kill As Darius begins his ult, cast Fiora's ult
