[Client] Masteries Drop Down replaced with Champion names

Was in ranked and tried to pick my masteries. All of the options in the mastery drop down were replaced with alphabetical champion names, defaulted to random (the last slot). When the game loaded in, I had the masteries in my last slot loaded. Not sure how to reproduce.
