Me and some friends hoped into a Aram game and I accidentally clicked off of my Piltover skin and somehow the blast zone skin got accepted and I had it in game. at first I was confused and thought maybe I unlocked it but then I really looked at my collection and I have never had that skin.[sg-lux-2]

The skinticulating dressamajig malfunctioned because of your sudden, unexpected clicking off from the Piltover skin, causing it to overflibconculate. It's that simple. Or else you blacked out super drunk one night and got the skin, but blacked out. Or, the shadow of evil passed over your house that day, altering reality. Or Heimer prefers this skin, but can only force a player to equip it only once a decade. Or sy else activated a skinboost and you didn't notice it because of some distraction. One of those.

Most likely that someone in your group used skin boost.
