Can't enter champion select. Client stuck on Accept/decline screen.

I'm sure this has come up here before but just in case it hasn't, I've been having this issue for a few weeks now. Happens maybe 1/25 games or so. My match appears, I hit accept, but the accept/decline screen doesn't fade away so I can't see champs in champion select. I know I am in the match selection screen because I can see team mates talking in chat underneath the accept/decline overlay but I can't see champs or make selections or talk to my team mates.

It's a bit frustrating because I get my timeout lock for dodging and lose ranked points :(

I've got a screen shot of it happening last game too, I just didn't know how to upload it, if that's even possible.
