Client Issues only when queued up with others (LoL and TFT)

My client runs completely fine when i am playing SoloQ league and TFT however when I Duo with my friend my client in game will have a variety of problems. This ranges from sometimes in games i will drop to 0 fps and force me to restart the client. At the end of each game my screen will freeze at the Victory/Defeat screen. These issues happen about 90% of the time i duo. However this never happens when i play soloq. This issue has spanned across different laptops I have had and I have re-downloaded and troubleshot the client multiple times as well.

Any ideas?
