Bug with ward and hp bar glitching

Hello Summomers and Riot Games!

I'd like to report a bug that i saw during my games and they are really annoying me, I don't know if anyone else is having same problems but yeah... Unfortunetly I dont have any screenshots of that but I drew them with my amazing paint skills.

1st bug that i saw is that i putted a ward in bush next to blue-team blue buff, and his camp was perfectly visible, but the monster was not. He was showing up only if i got close to the camp. I asked other players, if they can see it but i didn't get a responce.

2nd bug is that... well my hp bar under my skills is glitching. It's pure black, and shows that i got 0 hp, BUT if i get hitted it becomes red, so if a minion wave starts to hit me my life bar becomes a disco lamp. Whenever I got that bug (happened more than 2 times) monster spawn-clock are invisible, so i can only see the symbol and timer.
